Draw petal shapes on white fine grinding heat shrink film and cut along the lines.
2. Punch holes at the tail end of the cut petals.

3. Use an engraver to lightly carve the petal veins on the petals.

4. Heat the petals with a hot air gun on a sponge to shrink them.

5. Before the petals cool and harden, press them with a round rod tool on a sponge to create a curved shape. PS: Using a sponge gives a frosted effect; for a glossy effect, directly press the petals with the round rod tool.

6. After completing the small petals, make five more petals in the same manner.

7. Thread the 0.2mm iron wire through the small holes at the tail end of the petals and twist them together.

8. Wrap the fishing line around your finger 10 times, then tie it tightly with the iron wire and secure it with hot glue.

9. Cut the other end of the fishing line after it’s fixed, then flatten it to simulate the stamen shape.

10. Mix UV glue with yellow pigment.

11. Dip the cut fishing line in the UV glue and expose it to a UV lamp until a small spherical stamen top is formed, completing the stamen.

12. Assemble the petals and stamen, twist the iron wire at the bottom together, and the flower is complete.

Leaf 1. Make leaves using semi-transparent fine grinding heat shrink film, cut out leaf shapes, carve out teeth, and draw out veins.

2. Color with pigment and punch holes at the tail end of the leaves.

3. Heat the leaves with a hot air gun to shrink them, using the round rod tool to create a wavy texture.

4. Thread the iron wire through the small holes and twist them together, making three leaves of varying sizes.

5. Finally, combine the leaves with the flower, twist the iron wire at the bottom together, and wrap with embroidery thread.

Bud 1. Make buds in the same way.

2. Thread the iron wire through the small holes and twist it into a circle.

3. Attach a chain and pendant to the bud.

4. Then combine all parts to the head of the serpent hairpin, and it’s done! Pear blossoms, also known as ‘flowers of the pear tree’, are as white as snow when they fall in Luoyang, and the grass by the river is as fine as velvet. Since ancient times, pear blossoms have symbolized purity. The snowy white pear blossoms also represent pure love, and of course, they can also imply ‘parting’. Regardless of their meaning, they cannot prevent people from yearning for their beauty. Wear a pear blossom in your hair and accompany the spring breeze, through the changing seasons.
